You need to get an idea of Indias maritime boundary.. It has been discussed a hundred times here. The pipe line is not going through Pakistani waters.. not even near to it.

ru arguing for the sake of argument?? if pipe is going from pakistani water, they won't discussing in the first place. legitimately pakistan cannot do anything about the gas pipeline bcoz if they blow up the line, india will definitely choke the rivers (that is for S_O_C_0_M). the basic idea is to have a dedicated line without pakistan interference, bcoz if war happens we won't rely on u and at the same time if u harm it inda will get the legitimate right to block the rivers, and iran will also get angry. thats for sure u don't want.

Dont worry we have the infrastructure and know-how to maintain and construct pipe lines without disasters like that.

By judging from your own Knowledge, would you please care to elaborate on what exact infrastructure you have in place?

I mean the world's leading Oil company couldn't do ****. And so far neither the most technologically advanced country.
Stuff at that depth is highly risky. An anchor by a big ship could do disaster. Even a week of oil spill would be massive.


Even if undersea pipeline goes through, it won't be until 2015 that it actually gets started.
