I think its related to a shrine or mosque everyone visited in iran. Even kings and rulers go to mosques and dead peoples places to remember them.

No health minister the deputy of health minister, and no VP but spokesmen of administration .. these 2 were together ... deputy of health minister visited many hospital was in touch with many patients probably got from there but should have been more caution ...
