It is a federal govt initiative. HEALTH is provincial subject laikin abi tak Provincial govts ki ma mari hue hai and not a single govt came up with a plan in case of outbreak.

Pakistan very dense population but inefficient health care system is really gonna look bad. Pakistan should lock down provinces where people are returning from Iran so it doesn't spread to other provinces inadvertently.
