I join Salim Sahab in reiterating that the minorities in Pakistan are hardly visible and with the growing rise of Islamisication in Pakistan they have been further obscured..

Minorities never were present to a great extent in modern day Pakistan. I've proven they never were using Hindu data. You prove to me now they were present.

Dear Sir.. may God bless Pakistan so that their populace of patriotic Hindus and Sikhs scale the boundaries achieved by the majority and prove what a true asset they are..

But my dear Sir.. I will not quote any statistic since you may disagree with me..

but I have heard of only 2 famous Hindus from Pakistan
1 is Dinesh Kaneria famous for his Inshallahs.. no wonder abuses to the ears of some Hardcore Hindu Fundamentalists..
2 is an Army recruit

from the Sikhs I know this much

1. Swat Valley where there is a sizeable Sikh population where they live in abject poverty

So? Thousands of Muslims there live in the same poverty.

2. Nanakana Sahib mostly from Swat Valley settled there.. the custodians of the Gurudwaras are mostly muslims and they perform many blasphemous to Sikh acts.. though the Pakistan Gurudwara board is less corrupt and inefficient then believed to be(true 6-7 years back)

Which blasphemous acts do they perform?

3. Peshawar has also a good number of Sikhs with 1 dilapidated Gurudwara, though if the Grace of Wahegure permits, its glory should remanifest

Well personally I don't care much for Sikhism in he frontier province, and I don't think many locals do either. There's hardly any Sikhs there..the fact they remain there shows the region is pretty tolerant of most religions.

4. there is a re-appearance of Sikhs in Lahore.. I do not know why is this happening.. Lahoris please confirm this phenomenon

5. Sikhs due to a lack of numbers has restored to marriage amongst cousins.. a necessity but generally not sanctified

I had befriended a Sindhi Hindu from Shikarpur in UK during my studies and certain practises/events which he described were sadly confirmed by a very dear and much older friend from Lahore who is a Salafi/Wahabi,..

Even pardoning the above as a one-off incident and I be so bold as to claim that minorities in Pakistan esp the non-Muslim and non-Chrisitian have generally been oppressed against and the lack of them in any senior post with 2-3% overall population percentage is frightening..

Nonsense. The Acting CJ is a Hindu. I've listed many rich or famous Hindus in Pakistan. They are all very prominent.

for eg. the Sikhs in India number less than 2% of the overall population of India..and the parsis just 100,000 and even the Jains number less than 1% yet all have now become indeed a very dominant and visible people..

Sikhs arent dominant at all. They know too well as soon as they tread on some Hindu's toes, another thousand will be massacred like in 1984. Manmohan Singh will be a good little robot for the Congress.

and what is even more frightening is the rise of missionary style activities for eg. T-e-J and at times stories by Amnesities of conversion by torture.. and the general rise of Islamisication.. I think the one-off incidents of army recruits etc. will largely be offset by the growing Islamicisation though if you believe otherwise then I hope you are correct else My sympathies are with them..

What the f--k are you on about here?! You're saying Hindus are being tortured in Pakistan to convert to Islam?? Where is your EVIDENCE? It' very easy to say Muslims are being tortured in India, but without evidence, it shouldnt be treated as credible. What IS CREDIBLE are the statistical evidence I have given that Muslims are the most religiously discriminated group in India, when it comes to social issues.

I again would like to quote CHishti Sahab...

"A friend of God must have affection like the Sun. When the sun rises, it is beneficial to all irrespective of whether they are Muslim, Christian, or Hindu."

It is indeed good to see Pakistanis of different faiths doing well.. and not being killed..Thank you dear sir,.. the etc. I believe won't be too long though

There is no doubt that there is a wave of conversion and Islamisication in Pakistan, and what the minorities are going through is unimaginable..

As for torture it was word of mouth of 2 Pakistanis.. yet I know it is not credible enough for another Pakistani since I am an Indian who is typing..
To say that there is no discrimination in India would be lying.. and to say
that there is none in Pakistan is hard to digest as well..

dear sir you have provided quantitative data, a final result..
Not qualitative data that is why has this result occured.. I am not interested that the Muslims are the poorest and at the same time a Muslim was India's richest man till recently at the same time that Sikhs are generally the richest yet have the worst male to female sex ratio..

these quantitative data have meaning for statisticians for us qualitative data is required and not that inferred by a Pakistani or Indian member of the forum...

It would be nice if Indian society followed this advice!
