Muslims had no concept of surname there isnt any Muslim surnames

There are different ethnicities among Muslims. Muslims of Central Asia, Turkey and Europe Muslim countries such as Albania and Kosovo, they always have a surname.
The Arabs have a different method and used father name. And so we followed them. But most Muslim families keep surnames Specially even in Pakistan kpk province. Many people have clan names which also act as surnames. Baloch also have surnames. Not just Baloch. But different surnames. Sindhis also carry surnames. Even some punjabis too carry them. And I am not taking about cast.
But the majority of urdu speaking and others in punjab province don't just follow this practice. They follow the Arabic way and use father name as second name.
So is the case with India. Different culture among different ethnicities . It is wrong to stereotype .
