Don't know about egg but I love duck meat. It's very expensive in USA but will enjoy while in BD soon.

Whenever eating fuchka, avoid eating at the ones at the side roads.

Eat at any good indoor restaurant. Even Agora (a retail chain) have their own snack stop and make good fuchkas. They are freakin everywhere

Also, Soi 71 (Thai) is also really good, but expensive.
