اسلام آباد: (دنیا نیوز) پاکستان میں سیکیورٹی صورتحال اور اسلام آباد میں دھرنوں کے باعث چینی صدر شی جینگ پنگ کا دورہ پاکستان ملتوی کر دیا گیا ہے۔ ذرائع کے مطابق اسلام آباد میں سیاسی دھرنوں کے باعث چینی صدر کی پاکستانی حکام کیساتھ لاہور میں ملاقاتیں کرنے کی تجویز دی گئی تھی لیکن چین کی سیکورٹی ٹیم نے چینی صدر کے دورہ پاکستان کیلئے سیکیورٹی کلیرئنس نہیں دی۔ ذرائع کے مطابق چینی سیکیورٹی ٹیم کا کہنا ہے کہ لاہور ایک گنجان آباد شہر ہے۔ سیکیورٹی کے باعث چینی صدر یہاں دورہ نہیں کر سکتے۔ واضع رہے کہ چین نے اسی ماہ سری لنکا اور بھارت کا دورہ بھی کرنا ہے۔ اس سے قبل سری لنکا اور مالدیپ کے صدور بھی اپنا دورہ پاکستان منسوخ کر چکے ہیں۔

Why bad? Because the mobs-of-thieves abducting the parliament will not get their anticipated 16% commission on every deal signed? Don't worry, they'll get this haram luqma in due course of time.

Its a fault of the government that they lingered this issue so much. We need more transparency and better that such huge deals be done when we have proper oversight as the Chinese side has around $35bn to be invested/lent on commercial interest rate.

ISLAMABAD: Chinese President Xi Jinping’s trip to Pakistan has been postponed after his security team denied giving him clearance to visit the country, Express News reported quoting sources.

Xi’s security delegation was in Islamabad yesterday to review the security situation in light of the protests, and it was reported that the was allegedly not satisfied with the arrangement.

Instead, it was suggested that he should visit Lahore instead of Islamabad; however, his security team did not give clearance for that either.

President Xi’s visit is seen as crucial for Pakistan, during which a number of economic and defence deals are expected to be signed between the two countries.

Last month, Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa also cancelled his visit to Pakistan in the wake of the country’s political situation.

The cancellation of Rajapaksa’s visit was seen as a major blow to the government at a time when the country was deep in the throes of political turmoil and uncertainty.
