There is no such thing as economic war. Russia is an independent sovereign country. By virtue of independence, Russia does not need to trade with any other country. Any trade is strictly out of good will, not out of necessity

So, the rebel in East Ukraine wants the Kiev government to "Resume" the social wealth fare payment to them......

In other word, Russian did not pay them anything.

Now, I don't know about you, but if I were to stand up against my own government with a gun and trying to topple a regime, I would not expect my government would continue my social wealth fare payment lol..

What even amaze me is, Ukrainian government actually still paying those rebel insurgent in Donetsk, Lugansk and possible Crimea until November.....I don't know which failed more..

Russia is 47.88 times bigger than Germany yet doesent even have double the population and has about a quarter of the GDPPP and also way behind on actual GDP, Russia is like the spoiled rich kid who gets given every thing but fucks it all up.
