Punjab is the largest province in pakistan with more than half of the population so task of computerising is more taxing than you can think. Unlike sindh where Zardari and his cronies own nearly 90% after stealing from poor farmer so screw you records. For you information on-line records have been there since 2006. LOL Sindh is way ahead. Punjab has had no serious foreign investment in last few years. No international sports activities took place in Punjab in last few years. Punjab on the whole is way way behind. No need to compare Punjab with Sindh as it is a landlocked province anyways. Punjab should be compared with KP perhaps.
