After inspection of 234 polling stations of NA-122 Lahore, the election tribunal did not find a single counterfeit vote without voter thumb impressions or an ID card, according to sources privy to the development.
Further, no fake ballot papers were found either.
After inspection of 234 polling stations of NA-122, Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq’s votes increased by 89 and now leads with 9,701 votes against PTI chairman Imran Khan (67,971).
The election tribunal, headed by Justice Kazim Ali Khan, formed a commission in the first week of December to open the ballot bags based on the rigging allegations made by Imran.
According to sources, the commission, which was tasked to complete the process within two weeks, could not find any evidence of rigging in the ballot bags of NA-122.
Imran, in his last hearing, requested the tribunal judge to open the ballot bags, stating that evidence of rigging would be found in the bags.
In the May 2013 elections, Sadiq defeated Imran. However, Imran alleged that his defeat was a result of rigging. His movement against the rigging allegations was focused on the audit of four NA seats, including NA-122. The tribunal will soon give a final verdict on the basis of the findings of the commission.

Lahore – A commission constituted to inspect polling record in NA-122 Lahore has found massive irregularities in the constituency during scrutiny.

According to sources, a single-member commission comprised of former session judge Ghulam Hussain Awan has completed inspection of 234 polling stations with the help of government teachers and found more than 22,000 counterfoils which lack signature or stamp of presiding officer. In dozens of polling bags, the form no.14 and 15 which contain record of votes polled are missing as well.

There were 284 polling stations set up in the consistency on May, 2013 general elections which mean the inspection of only 50 stations is yet to be done.

Dismissing the plea of National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, who had emerged victorious from the constituency on Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) ticket with 93389 votes, against opening of bags election tribunal Judge Kazim Ali Malik had constituted single-member commission on December 6 to inspect polling record.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan, who was runners-up in the constituency, had filed petition in tribunal seeking vote audit.

The commission has worked for 11 days so far and is directed to submit its report within 30 days, following the completion of recounting of votes and their verification by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) in all polling stations.

PTI chief’s representatives Mian Afzal Iqbal, Shoaib Sidiqui and Khurram Qureshi and NA Speaker’s representatives Cr. (retd) Mubashir, Ali Sadiq and Abid Hussain participated in the process of inspection.

Sadiq kept tribunal’s inspection of record on the back burner for 13 months after winning stay order from Lahore High Court (LHC), however, last month, the same court had allowed tribunal to precede with case.

It is worth mentioning that the NA-122 is one of the four constituencies where the PTI sought inspection of poll records.

news from 24 december from same news paper

LAHORE:
On the plea of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan to investigate the alleged rigging in the NA-122 constituency – where he lost to National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq in 2013 elections – the scrutiny of the electoral record of 105 out of 284 polling stations has been completed on Tuesday.

Some votes were rejected as there were no stamps over them and some ballot papers had two stamps. It was found that form 14 and 15 were missing in most bags while some of the bags were unsealed.

A local commission, comprising retired additional district and sessions judge Ghulam Hussain Awan, conducted the inspection. The record of 20 polling stations was inspected at Nadar Haal of District Coordination Officer at district courts. The representatives of both PTI and PML-N were present at the occasion.

On December 8 the election tribunal allowed the petition of the PTI chairman and constituted a commission to probe into the alleged rigging in NA-122, the constituency from where National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq was elected. He had bagged 93,389 votes while Imran Khan had secured 84,517 votes. After which, an election petition was moved before tribunal by the PTI chief in July 2013, alleging that massive rigging took place in the constituency.

The total number of votes polled in NA-122 is 184,151 while in PP-147 the total number of polled ballots are 74,251 and 109,802 in PP-148.

This is a big mess right here - there definitely were some bogus votes, but what they're doing now is saying that they ''don't fall within the definition of rigging''
NA-122: scrutiny of 117 stations completes - Newspaper - DAWN.COM
Dawn article from 7 days ago:

''Representative of the PTI stated that 10,000 counterfoils of the votes had been found without signature and stamps of presiding officer during the scrutiny held so far. He said polling bags of polling stations No. 43 and 58 were yet to be retrieved from the record.''

''Representative of the other side, PML-N, said lack of signature/stamp on the counterfoils was the fault of election staff and did not fall within the definition of rigging.''
:tsk:

& that's all?
End of story , I don't think so !
Since its been a year that govt knows its fault , it has cleared lot of dots & greys out of boxes?
But still its not all cleared up yet .
As govt hopes for.

So that is the final verdict of comission after inspecting 234 polling stations. Now ptians or Ik will accept the finding of comission as promised or will play "cry riggging" "cry rigging until get their desired decisions
so if the final report said it was rigged will u support PTI then?

Plus the missing 92 bags in 124 just precipitated out of no where. And interesting for inqilabis, PML-Ns malik riaz has gone to the court to investigate the matter so as to where these 92 bags have been. It has been rumored that the elements within the ECP have been manipluated to create circumstances that support PTI's view.

Sub rigging out ho jaigi once the public takes the Kalashnikov in hands

How heard of elections where there are no "signitures" on ballots or no finger prints or official stamps from the election clerk

''Representative of the other side, PML-N, said lack of signature/stamp on the counterfoils was the fault of election staff and did not fall within the definition of rigging.''

Yeah, what sources? Disinformation ministry? :D

Representative of the PTI stated that 10,000 counterfoils of the votes had been found without signature and stamps of presiding officer during the scrutiny held so far. He said polling bags of polling stations No. 43 and 58 were yet to be retrieved from the record.
It means these votes should be discarded as not authentic. What the hell are they doing INSIDE polling bags?

Representative of the other side, PML-N, said lack of signature/stamp on the counterfoils was the fault of election staff and did not fall within the definition of rigging
Hahaha. PMLN trollish "logic". Every government document such as CNIC, Passport, Birth form etc must be properly signed by relative authority to be regarded as authentic. But ironically, not ballott paper. You are badly exposed PMLN lallu panjoos. Go home! :D

No, it isn't. But for an anti-PTI man like you, it doesn't matter :)

It has been rumored that the elements within the ECP have been manipluated to create circumstances that support PTI's view.
By who? By your disinformation ministry?
