Commander Turkish Navy visits Karachi, Lahore Naval units

KARACHI – Commander Turkish Navy Admiral Adnan Özbal visited Karachi and Lahore Naval units on Wednesday.
According to the spokesperson of Pakistan Navy, the Turkish Naval Chief met heads of field commands.
Bilateral defense cooperation and professional matters were discussed in these meetings.
He also visited Pakistan Navy’s Ship PNS-Saif and met the officers and jawans there. The Naval Chief laid floral wreath on the mausoleum of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah.
He appreciated the role of Pakistan Navy for peace and stability in the region.
Earlier he also visited naval headquarters Islamabad and met Naval Chief Admiral Zafar Mahmood Abbassi.
