At 15:06 on April 21, the commercial flight of China Commercial Flying "Lingque B" scaled flight verification machine successfully made its first flight at Luhe Airport in Jingmen, Hubei. 4月21日15点06分,中国商飞“灵雀B”缩比飞行验证机在湖北荆门漳河机场成功首飞。飞机全程自主飞行,状态良好,完成预定任务。首飞取得圆满成功,标志着中国商飞未来民机探索正式进入了飞行验证阶段。
“灵雀B”验证机是目前国内最大的用于验证新一代民机气动布局的喷气式缩比飞行验证机,翼展超过6米,最大起飞重量240千克,采用大边条翼融合布局和可收放起落架,机身大量运用复合材料,次承力部件和起落架均采用了先进的3D打印技术。该验证机旨在围绕未来民用飞机先进技术开展缩比飞行验证,特别是先进气动布局和飞行控制等领域的预先研究,希望通过一系列试飞验证翼身融合气动布局客机的低速气动特性、操纵性和稳定性,为未来民机总体设计方案提供可靠技术支持。按计划,“灵雀B” 后续试飞工作,团队将分成平台试飞、性能试飞、搭载试飞三个阶段持续推进。
早在2013年,“灵雀A”验证机就完成了首飞。依托“灵雀A”的成功起步,项目团队启动了“灵雀B”验证机的研制。取名“灵雀”,一是希望它能灵动,二是希望它“麻雀虽小、功能俱全”。“灵雀”系列验证机属低成本飞行测试平台,不仅有助于民机型号研制前期的先进技术预先研究,在民用无人机技术验证与测试开发方面也具有广阔的应用前景。
“灵雀”系列验证机是由中国商飞北研中心“梦幻工作室”团队研制的,拥有完全自主知识产权。“梦幻工作室”是一个积极响应国家“大众创业,万众创新”号召,秉持中国商飞公司创新创业创造理念,依托北研中心团委成立的青年创新组织,是一个青年创新项目的孵化器、创新成果的推广器、完善青年项目负责人制的助推器,具有“三大平台”作用,即民机技术探索平台、开放创新平台、航空科普平台。中国商飞公司董事长金壮龙曾对“梦幻工作室”提出了“向工程应用方向发展”的要求,总经理贺东风为“梦幻工作室”命名,并提出了“通过双V方式提高集成能力”的希望。
“梦幻工作室”成员平均年龄34岁,全部拥有航空领域硕士以上学历,其中5人有海外工作经验。通过 “灵雀”项目的实践,工作室团队全流程主持了验证机设计、制造、试飞等环节工作,锻炼出了一支大飞机预先研究青年队伍。
