COLD START: WARM HANDS, COLD HEART

. .
What the article cannot tell us is why we are so successful in carrying out subversion in pakistan now, when we should be doing that in 90s or even 80s(punjab/kashmir militancy).
I am open to the possibility of Indian involvement in balochistan(as an opportunist), but to show it as a grand scheme which works perfectly is just displaying your own fear.
9/11 changed everything in the world, and we did not do it.

.
Well, you have a valid question and in my personal thinking ... it is due to the fact that in 80's, you were not in the US camp and there was no Northern Alliance in Afghanistan. Same for 90's. But as you just said that 9/11 changed everything.

Is it not possible that the peace overtures being given a green light by the Army ARE the realization of what has been happening and focusing on that front...

If that is what you imply, then are you going to accept that Pakistan is being beaten at its own game?? I mean no disrespect here. Sorry whatever your thoughts on competency levels of our Intel Agencies, i don't think we have even quarter of this capacity.

However i can accept one other logic, that the stake holders in Pakistan accept that they cannot have fight on many fronts (accepting that indeed India is doing this, which i will not accept capabilities per se) where WOT and internal headaches like TTP form the other front.

I think the real point MastanKhan is trying to get across is for Pakistan to change course and realize that its economy must take precedence.

Sir jee as much the novice i am, i still know a little about literary styles. I mean you can write in many ways like you write something that actually means another thing. In this article i am unable to fathom the point u make, an ordinary brainless person like me will only understand one thing, that India is waging a covert war against Pakistan.

.
well and mostly the brainless person goes by instance and they turn out to be true

Pakistan Armed Forces are well aware of Indian Military's Cold Start doctrine... Cold Start is something which is considered as external threat by Pak. Army while the issues of TTP, BLA and economic meltdown (etc) is considered as internal threat by Pak. Army.

Cold Start Doctrine (External Threat):
1) Slow mobilization of large armour of Indian army was witnessed in 2002’s Military stand-off It took three weeks for Indian armor divisions to converge on advance positions along Pakistan-India border. :yahoo:
2) In future conflict with Pakistan, India will need huge fuel reserves because during the war they may not be exported fuel by Gulf States.
Pak-Iran military and strategic ties. Iran can supply Pakistan with critical energy resources in times of war. On the contrary, India has no such neighbor. :P
3) India is itself an unstable country and is constantly under threat of civil war.
India has conducted five major military war games since 2004, just to test and refine its Cold Start strategy and India is continually developing this strategy, which is still in its test phase. :smokin:

So actually have to worry about internal threats especially Economic problems (including corruption) and Raymond Davis's.

A sincere, dedicated and loyal government can easily solve our above problems. And please either be Muslim or don't talk about Islam because playing this double game results in the situations such as todays :(
