Second Karachities choose Imran khan without his campaign 2 times. 2013 Election Imran khan got lots of vote and he didn't even visit karachi. This time got majority of votes and yet there is no solid campaign in karachi so this shows a lot who is behind Altaf hussain. Karachi vote turn out was 49%. Try to correct your androney punjab where rape and all type of dirty work going on.

Now you are proving him right. The facts could be different though. If you want to compare an entire province with a city, it won't be fair. If you compare, do it with Karachi vs Lahore at least. Remember Karachi is part of province of Sindh. Which province are all of those record breaking achievements in education coming from?
