CM Punjab Usman Buzdar protocol killed an innocent child: Naya Pakistan

This is unacceptable. Did the hospital authorities themselves turn off emergency services or were they forced to? This should be investigated.

CM Punjab was visiting hospital under strict security protocol. I understand he is new and needs to build image as public figure with these gimmicks and stunts, but this should no go on the expense of public lives.
