CJ Athar Minallah orders CDA to seal Pakistan Navy’s commercial building

It seems AtherminAllah is hell bound to rock the boat.

He has ordered to seal Pak Navy's commercial building in Islamabad. He was asking CDA why they have not demolished the building!!

When you see AtherminAllah, always remember, he is a co-conspirator with "Kana Dajjal" the infamous ex chief justice of Pakistan, entrenched with corrupt Sharif Brothers.
He is many in Pakistani judiciary you can call "Men on an agenda".

When he sees criminals and their cases in IHC, his condition becomes like this;

Pakistan justice sucks big time.
I am all for implementation of Law, irrespective. But with such colourful record AtherminAllah should spare his lectures.

1 . He was the one who allowed Nawaz Sharif to go to London and was asking federal and punjab govt to provide surity that nothing will happen to Nawaz Sharif if he is not allowed .
2 . PTM proteseters were freed by him . Even lamented Islamabad police in that case .
3 . Bails to Zardari , Shahid Khaqan A and many others .
4 . Website of AWP was restored by him .

I feel he is right here. If the land is not allocated then why the hell it was used ?

If it is illegal then it is no matter who used it

Why can't these people have car accidents, or corona, or russian tea?

No matter the merit of his previous decisions, the focus of this discussion should be on whether the Navy did in fact construct a commercial property on land not zoned for commercial use.

I have no problem with that. I myself criticise some Pakistani Generals who have done wrong.
Wrong should be called a wrong. No matter who has done it. I have said before, I am a very clear minded and thinking person.

I have problem with this judge though.
Knowing his past, and political associations he had with criminals and those who have caused Pakistan untold damage. He shouldn't be a judge. With his record and political affiliations, with his decisions, he would be sitting in the jail in the UK or USA. I have absolutely no doubt about it.

Therefore, in my very considered opinion, his judgements are not safe. Period.
