So what happened after that accusation? Due process must be followed, but here the responsibility lies with Pakistani authorities. You should ask them.

Unfortunately, I don't have a chance to ask them. The problem is that he felt like he could treat our police this way. No ones' country security officials can abuse the police on our soil. Even US can't

Have you seen videos of your own politicians treating the police on your own soil? (Or even the military officers - remember the motorway incident?)

The problem is only that the security officer was trying to do his job of protecting a person in his charge as best as he could, and he cannot be blamed for that at all.

It is up to the Pakistani authorities to explain their actions in this matter according to the rules applicable.

I have seen and not once. Anyway that's a real problem but internal one ("Communication" between Pakistani politicians, Pakistani military officers and Pakistani police, Not foreign authorities) with no interference from other countries. I hope you got my point.

Due to this traffic accident my message is that I cannot imagine the situation when Pakistani embassy security officer in Washington "arriving at the crime scene shortly after the incident with three armed guards and trying to aid person in his charge".

Enforcing the law was not his responsibility. It is up to the local LEAs. His responsibility was the security of the embassy personnel.
