Let me point out few things for you: this company got no future:
1. you got such a tiny domestic market which can not help it going through the infancy.
2. labor costs in auto industry is minimal. And your doubtful claim of "work ethics" is nothing (you are not known for work ethics in manufacturing high-tech things...), if you watch this vedio:

You got no supply chain and have to import everything from abroad which makes your product expensive and can not compete even in your domestic market (same as your Bphone), let alone competing with foreign brands in the global market...
3. there is something called brand image... Even if you make state of the art products, which is impossible for you by common sense, you will not build your brand overnight, and people will not buy.

Therefore, you should wait for your "vinfast" to die just like your Bphone which can not sell at all....

As I said you Viets will adapt quickly with the rise of China, I has not underestimate nor discount Vietnamese nationalism and patriotic but they will have to cope with the new reality, you guys have struggle for millennium to pull yourself away from China but being suck into China's gravity when we become powerful, the more you struggle the more you will suffer, resistance is futile.
