If thinking India makes China happy then I think its good fo them

**Most of the Indians thinks Chinese people are very good and simple people who would not insult India because they were once lagging behind like India is today and with time and fast growth they achived almost all of these...india just in that phase and growing vry fast like them. ..

Why do you think we will remain backward in next 10 years. If you think something is not good. then come forward and change it rather than making pessimistic comments . I believe we have done a very good job and we will continue it . We will take an big jump in next 10 years. just compare India of 2000 with India of 2010 see the jump. If you still see Litte Progress than do something for your country

I dont need to say what duties I served in Army but after retiring I have joined an Initiative with the "Art of Living" to educate as many Children as Possible, My pension as I have no family is spent there,Thats more than enough for You to know, Whats wrong in accepting the fact that my country is backward... have you traveled length and Breadth of India?? I have, I Know what my country is, But I say, In 2020 we would be a nation where no one would call us a 3rd world country, mark my words. I stick to It

Sir you being a retied army man have done a great service to this country which a few naive people don't realize,so please don't take insult to comments made bya few naive people .Lot of Indians(me too) salute you and all military men and women who protect our country while civilians enjoy the comforts of having men and women who protect us(civilians)with their lives.

Its not like that, they are simply not able to digest their new found vulnerable prosperity and have started them self placing in a league of western nations uninvited.
I have gone through 4-5 such surveys in last 5 years were Indians are most of the time undecided, regards high or merely anti Chinese but Chinese are consistently showing us their insecurities offending Indians without provocation.
I am not sure about china but Indian are immune such hatred and if trend remains the same i will be interesting to see how Chinese will react when Indians will start consolidating their negativity about china like them.
Rather saying Indians are backward they should retrospect what other have been talking about China from last 100 years or try to maintain their so called advantage for the time being cause India is slow but steady and will cross them to deuce for sure forever.

India may be the fastest growing economy after China, but most Chinese still don’t know that.

Findings from a 2009 survey of 4,500 Chinese reveal that the Chinese still have an outdated view of India and Chinese parents don’t encourage their children to study and travel across the border because they assume India is ‘not advanced’.

“Very few Chinese know that India is a rising power. They don’t perceive India as a rising economy,’’ Yuan Yue, CEO of Horizon Research Consultancy Group, that tracks the Chinese view of India with annual surveys since 2000, told the Hindustan Times.

Yuan told a seminar in Beijing on Friday that ‘Chinese people don’t believe India has good leadership’.

The two largest Asian nations mark their 60th year of diplomatic ties this year. But in 2009 India scored the third rank as the most threatening nation to China according to the Chinese surveyed. The US and Japan topped the list with worse scores.

The Chinese think that India is "backward", has a bad leadership BUT they still think it is a threatening nation.

How can a backward country with a bad leadership "threaten" the mighty Chinese? Irritate maybe but threaten!

I think the reasoning of the participants of this "survey" is contradictory.

2 )when china held an african china summit 50 african leaders turned up for de meeting . india did the same but only 14 leadrers turned up
china so poor china needed 50 africans leader for summit ...india only needed 14.
3) china only got pakistan as friend while india got the like of usa and russian and japan and s korea.lol

after all dem above de moral of de story is we should not compare anything with india cos we can never beat dem.
long live china pakistan friendship ...we really needed our freindship cos unfortunately there is a powerful nation called india on our door step...lol

OK genius you country is indeed ahead of us but not buy a huge margin,the fact is your country started liberalization in 1978 i.e. 32 years to get to where you are
India liberalized its economy in 1991 now after 19 years we are slightly behind you in most aspects so the better comparison will be with the state you were in after 20-25 years after your economic liberalization.
You guys had 32 years to get to where you are and we got to where we are in 19 years comparing the time its taken both countries to get to where each country is I can tell you with full confidence that 15-16 years from now we will be able surpass you in all fields
