Oh, so why china are fleeing to refuse coming International Court as request of PH?

Obviously the Chinese government find it more advantagous to deal with individual states in the dispute rather than the international court. Afterall, the judgement from the past shows that it all comes down to actual control of the islands, and while China holds all the right card in the Paracel dispute, the Spratly island dispute however is far more unpredictable. While none of the island Philippine & Vietnam holds are entitled to it's EEZ, it is the ownership over islands that's of more concern to China rather than the EEZ. Since Vietnam only so far threaten to submit its case to the international court, we won't know the detail, but if the Paracel island dispute can be isolated from the others, I think China should sieze the opportunity to settle that in the international court, abeit waiting another 15 years for the 50 year mark would help further China's case. For now, China would wait, and see if Vietnam does follow through with its threat.
