Chinese Sensor Guided Smart Artillery Submunition

Not just artillery.

China has developed a whole family of sensor-fuzed-type cluster munitions. They can be deployed on bombs, missiles, or artillery.
 
The US equivalent would be the SADARM, which had its design finalized in 1997.

The system was used for the first time during combat during the 2003 Invasion of Iraq,[1][2] with a total of 121 rounds reported fired by the 3rd Infantry Division with 48 vehicle kills attributed to 108 M898 SADARM projectiles.
