It kind of resembles the Anti-Tank Chinese Missile that Pakistan produces under license named " Bakter shikan"
UAV doing the lasering?
UAVs, Ground infiltration units and other EOTS/FLAIR systems i.e on unarmed C-130s and helos can do the lasing.
Interesting configuration indeed
so what I see is the rear section is the rocket booster
mid section holding the glider uav and the bomb
the front is the sensor and the laser structure?
The uav looks too small to carry the gliding weight of the rest of the bomb even when the booster is spent and detached
It's not a UAV, it's just a strap on glide kit like the ones we see on ls/tg/lt series PGMs.
I believe that is mounted on to function as a glider and of course unmanned and its courses are directed by a built-in control gadget with communications to the control center through the sensor at the top
If these conditions are met then I believe it is uav
I wonder how fast the whole thing can travel as there are a lot of areas that it needs to streamline before it can hit greater speed
By that definition all guided glide bombs are UAVs. Anyways, check out the TG series laser guided glide bomb:
