That's true and I found the following image, apparently how Chinese can divert the waters of Indus and a few other rivers in case India uses Water as a weapon to Pakistan. This is all too crazy for me. I wish water and food can never be used as a weapon to any human.

Actually Chinese are already using water as weapon against Republic of India and diverting waters of River Brahmaputra.

Republic of India has so far not used water as a weapon against Pakistan. But the current atmosphere is even creating problems not only for Republic of India but even for Afghanistan.

Heart of Asia talks on Afghanistan is going to be held in Republic of India .

Republic of India's foreign policy is quite straight which is for the development of Afghanistan.

Afghanistan Government is even aware who are creating problems inside Afghanistan and what can be the contribution from Republic of India. Even Republic of Turkey is quite aware of the ground situation inside Afghanistan
You should first make bath rooms for your millions of people then think and help afghanistan. Or you can accept millions of their immigrants, that would be nice. pehly apny gahr ko sambhalo phr ksi r ko dekho

First cargo train departs from south-western Yunnan province’s capital Kunming for Karachi.

China and Pakistan on Thursday launched a direct rail and sea freight service with the first cargo train departing from China’s south-western Yunnan province.

The service was launched with the first cargo train loaded with 500 tonnes of commodities left Kunming, capital of Yunnan, an inland province in south-west China departed for Karachi, state-run Xinhua news agency reported.

“China, Pakistan launch direct rail & sea freight service between Kunming and Karachi, cutting transport cost by over 50 per cent,” according to a tweet by the news agency.

Part of Maritime Silk Road

The service is a part of China’s Maritime Silk Road initiative, of which $46-billion China-Pakistan Economic Corridor project (CPEC) is a part.

The CPEC was launched in 2015 to link up north-western China with the Gwadar deep seaport in southern Pakistan.

The two countries already started the trade activities under CPEC in October as over a hundred Chinese containers were transported overland to Gwadar and shipped to Europe and Africa.

Will boost trade: Karachi Chamber

Meanwhile, the Karachi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has welcomed the opening of the new direct rail and sea freight service and said it will boost trade between the two countries.

It has said that the route will enable Pakistani businessmen and traders to increase trade with China in a more convenient and faster way. “It will also help China connect with the world market,” the Chamber said.

The service will cut logistics cost, including that of transport, by 50 per cent.

Pakistan and China kicked off first trade activities under CPEC in October as over a hundred Chinese containers arrived at the Sust port in Hunza, following clearance from Pakistani customs. The containers were headed to Gwadar.

Sir, this makes no sense. The Republic of India doesn't just have pure angels form heaven living there. They are regular people with regular mentality. So when the Republic of India's highest authority, the Prime Minister, says "we'll dry up Pakistan", just a few days ago, I think that's a policy statement. The Chinese aren't using anything as a weapon, that few days worth of "water outage" was a response to the sentiment in India that water can be used as a weapon to destroy and murder a big portion of 220 million people of Pakistan by not giving them water.

In fact, if you look at the above picture, the Chinese can literally dry out the Indus and a few other rivers leaving from the Tibet plateau and can divert 100% of their water to Pakistan's part of Indus, by passing the entire Indian territory. So I guess God always shows us to treat others nicely, because if we harm someone, there may be someone who could harm us the same way?

But my stance is, food and water are given by God. Humans should respect it and always give each other these two things. Thanks

New Delhi, Dec 2, 2016 (PTI)
The Indian Navy today said it was aware of the deployment and movement of Chinese naval ships and submarines in the Indian Ocean region, and that it has "kept a close eye" on them. Addressing the annual 'Naval Day' news conference here, Navy chief Sunil Lanba said a Chinese nuclear submarine was deployed in the Indian Ocean and it did a port call at Karachi harbour.

"As far as People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy ships and submarines are concerned, the Indian Navy keeps a close eye and monitor their movements. We have maritime domain awareness of the deployment of PLA naval forces in the Indian Ocean region (IOR).

"We launch surveillance missions in the form of aircraft and ships to keep a track of them. They had started deployment of their submarines from 2012," he said. The Navy also termed as "bogus" the claims made by Pakistan that an Indian submarine had entered into territorial waters.

"There was no Indian submarine deployed in the area where the Pakistani Navy is claiming it to be. As far as repelling a submarine of any nation goes, it is not an easy task and the claim made by Pakistani Navy is totally bogus. We deploy submarines where there is an operational necessity and we will continue to deploy them," Lanba said.

The Pakistani Navy had last month claimed that it had prevented an Indian submarine from entering its territorial water. The Chief of Naval Staff said India's primary area of interest was the IOR followed by Strait of Bab el Mandeb and the Strait of Hormuz.

In response to a question on Indian Navy's capabilities in the Pacific region, Lanba said, "The Navy is well within its capabilities to operate in the region." Lanba also sought to downplay the Bangladesh Navy acquiring its first submarines from China, saying "India has a plan in place that takes into account what is happening in the neighborhood."

When asked about the South China sea dispute, the Navy chief said maritime issues should be solved as per United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS).

He added that the Kalavari Class Scorpene submarine will be commissioned next year. "She has successfully finished dry trials and further trials are in progress," Lanba said.

Modi is isolating India in all front the countries who think can make quick bucks will align with her like weapons manufacturing and suppliers so may be India is thinking they are very popular .
By making her neighbors mad she won't be making any progress when her all neighbors will be making billions of dollar in trades .
She will be just crying.
In near future china Pakistan will be like one nation playing with any will disintegrate India in many small countries good for the worlds.
Indian people are not extremist this BJp rss and VHP are just forcing their ideology on masses on false promises
Of hindutva and already started dividing Indian in religion and caste.

So when the Republic of India's highest authority, the Prime Minister, says "we'll dry up Pakistan", just a few days ago, I think that's a policy statement.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said

“Because of the Indus Water Treaty, the waters of the Sutlej, Beas and Ravi, over which our farmers have their right, are not available to them. The waters of these rivers are the right of India and our farmers. These waters are passing through Pakistan into the sea. Neither Pakistan uses them nor our farmers are able to use them. I am moving ahead with conviction and have set up a task force on the Indus Water Treaty,”

The Chinese aren't using anything as a weapon, that few days worth of "water outage" was a response to the sentiment in India that water can be used as a weapon to destroy and murder a big portion of 220 million people of Pakistan by not giving them water.

China has blocked a tributary of the Brahmaputra river in Tibet as part of the construction of its hydro project, which is causing concern in India as it may impact the water flow into the country, including states like Assam.

Beijing’s consideration of the Grand Western Water Diversion plan at the Great Bend to divert water to China’s arid north.

The Brahmaputra makes up 30 per cent of India’s water supply. Experts warn that if China proceeds with the project, water flow will be reduced by 60 per cent; enough to create serious consequences downstream.

But my stance is, food and water are given by God. Humans should respect it and always give each other these two things. Thanks

This PR is needed to be stopped on first place.

River Brahmaptura is part of the ancient rig vedic tribes of Indian nation and the way the lands of Indian nation is being occupied and are being colonised and systematic population transfers are being done and then the talk about humanity really doesnt make any sense.
