Apart from the fact that he came to power after the Bangladesh split, who is he to present any vision as "Pakistan"? When was he ever involved in the conceptualisation or the actualisation of what is Pakistan? Who goes to Bhutto to figure out Pakistan? Apparently only you, lol.

There were no other parts of India in the vision that was/is Pakistan. Kashmir (which is not a part of India) was, still is and will forever be.

Furthermore, the original "Pakistan" proposition was for two independent Muslim nation states which was formally presented but then categorically refused and denied any possibility of ever occurring by the British which then resulted in efforts towards a single state.
