But this man literally died. I mean is it possible to die of pain.

I don't know why he let the girl squeeze his marbles for that long.. To protect himself - he could have hit the girl on her face or landed a Karate Chop on her neck or a punch on her boobs.. I mean these are obvious things you will do when your most precious stones are under attack!! Isn't it?

Would have gone unconscious due to extreme pain if squeezed so ruthlessly. There must be some other reasons
