pricing is an important strategy for inital market penetration. we dont blame them and wish that people in this highly sensationalised place will start learning to know the the golden principle of consumerism: Great Value for Money!

No offence but for this price I'd rather get a HTC or Samsung. Unless it costs in the range of $150-200 it's not an attractive offer.

For me anyway.

Even I will prefer Samsung or HTC.

SIII and a couple of other phones are also 4G capable and were released months back in India..........wrong info OP
and anyways huawei isn't really a trusted brand in India...... samsung, apple, Nokia and Sony Xperia are the ones that people buy and trust. Also Huawei's support network is extremely notorious, according to a friend who used to own a phone of theirs...
