Ur points are well put, but you have to realize Islam is the glue that holds Pakistan together. Moment you take Islam out of it then the house is gonna collapse. So self radicalization will happen.

If they accuse India then the fragile peace between the two countries will have to be sacrificed to assuage their countrymen.
So the best option is to accuse some 3rd party and carry on as they have done with the last few attacks.
Which leaves the question what happens with the projects with the Chinese feeling unsafe ? As a engineer who has worked in a hostile environment i can say, we have enough day to day engineering challenges without having to worry about getting killed for some geopolitical reason.

You cannot go on like this. How can you build national power by remaining indecisive on economy, governance and politics. You refuse to punish traitors the state will become weaker. Cannot find a solution to Karachi, cannot deal with toadies of PML-N, cannot deal with PPP, cannot deal with judges, cannot 'fix' bureaucrats - cannot deal with PTM, cannot protect FC, then this will happen.

If Chinese assets are deployed, US will deploy its assets near by and Pakistan will become a serious battle ground and even more bloodshed will follow.

Pakistani leadership is seriously incompetent. When soldiers are being killed and now even Chinese are being targeted, we are justified to be outraged.

I understand the Chinese viewpoint. On one hand India is probably killing Chinese engineers by the score in Pakistan and on the other hand wants to talk.
And not the first Chinese killed by Indian backed fighters.
