Beside Deputy Secretary of State Victoria Urland, this man Damon Wilson is the head of NED and he is deeply involved in Ukraine 1991 and coup d'etat stage in 2015 in Kiev.

The alleged conversation between Assistant Secretary of State Victoria Nuland and the US Ambassador to Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, appeared on YouTube on Thursday. It is not clearly when the alleged conversation took place.
