I have no expectations for the credibility of the Russian and Ukrainian govts.
I just hope that the Chinese embassy has made preparations for the evacuation of overseas Chinese in advance, at least they can count the contact information of local overseas Chinese in advance. I think they can use the prevention of COVID outbreak as an excuse.
