Wrong. IAF pilots were taking a gross salary of 65,000 and up in 2009. Don't know about 2012

Shame. It must be a tradition when the Minister visits Pakistan to bribe the pilots to get him to his destination safely. Maybe he believed the same was necessary when he visited Hindustan :D
man why troll and invite troll? was there a necessity to have taken some cheap shots about the PAKISTANIS, they will end up calling our pilots as ones flying the cofins.

Its a gift and we should honor and respect it!!Its obvious that the Chinese min is well aware that the IAF pilots derive much more than the amount as their monthly salary it's the same with the PLAAF as well.We should not bring it down to the level of cheap mud throwing antics until and unless the gesture had some ulterior motive of insulting or something like that involved.

Cheap gift !!
Oh its coming from China , it had to be.....

Giving small gifts of money is a part of our culture, you cheap Indians.

It's unbelievable that you can call such a gift cheap, when the country of India has more poverty than Africa.

You can give it back if you are such sore losers. But you chose to keep it instead.

I guess Chinese were told that everyone in India accept Bukhshish, they thought 98lbs pilots can use some food money
It's the same 98lbs pilots of the IAF that whipped the arse of ur def est over and over again.Atleast tell ur Armed forces to win a battle first without putting down arms within 7days of a war or calling for PAPA AMRICA's intervention and then give their boastful lip service!!

Mate u should also consider the fact that most of the members made positive comments on this forum regarding the gift. . . Even in my post I have said the same thing. Please do not generalize all Indian's.We are as humble as the Chines people and a gift is a gift and please do not get provocated by such comments. . .I know the gift was made with an open mind. And pls put an end to such BS useless thread.

Forgetting british aid scandal so soon?

Oh u r talking about that british aid which our own FM calls as "peanuts" in the overall budget & tells them better not to give but what can we do as they are insisting (maybe pleading) to take it.

its too in our culture but protocol must be followed..He shud have thot that he is offering money to pilots not to kids...

you fart from mouth sometimes...so those pilots were cheap poor? starved to death due to poverty?..atleast try to shot where it is necessary...
Give to some beggar on street means smthing but not to pilots who get regular salary..

and no doubt ur products are third class pirated copies, even u opened fake apple store

Whats the big deal. They declared it and deposited it with govt like any other gift they might have received. It sounds unusual to hand over cash, but still it was openly given so was meant in good faith.

Similalrly in good faith the pilots deposited with govt. Of course trolls from all sides will try to give some meaning to their lives by indulging in stupidity on this thread too.
