First of all, China signed a contract with Russia agreeing not to turn it into a combat ship.Oh really,show us a link if there is a contract exist.
Second of all, numerous Macau sources say that the Varyag is being fitted into a casino.
Show me a Macau link,I can read Chinese and English.
