China's Port in Pakistan?

Rather it's the perfect port for Chinese navy, that's why Chinese don't want to use it. The pros and cons of this typical Chinese "logic" is open to debate.

What will be China's immediate urgency to use this port? As long as we keep friendly relationship with Pakistan, we can always ask Pakistan for help in case we need use that port. To keep it as a military base will pose unnecessary perceived threat to others.
