The Type 052D is expected to reach the number of 8, 6 in JN and 2 in DL.

The first Type 055 will be start the construction by the end of 2014 or early 2015, and the Type 055A will be started in 2018.

The Type 054A will be stopped after reaching the number of 20, then it will be the Type 057.

You mention 055A...............whats supposed to be the difference in this model over the type 055?

Maybe adding the new weaponries such as laser and railgun?

Then there would be no need for us to build a Zumwalt of our own if a railgun/laser is added, The Arleigh Burke will be the backbone of the USN Destroyers for the near future. Only downside is the Type 055 won't start until early 2015.

The Arleigh Burke Flight III will have laser and railgun, even the Flight IIA has been planned to mount with laser albeit the more primitive version.

CIWS for Type 055 DDG

Can NESOM and GIDS make a similar system integrated with two cells of 7-ANZA MK-IIIs on each side of this big CIWS....???

Flight III could possibly look like this. Don't know for sure. They may make a bigger one like the Sejong class destroyer made by the Koreans for increased firepower. But its speculation.

Last commissioned destroyer USS Michael Murphy. You can see the structural differences from the model to the actual one.

Sejong the Great even sucks compared to the Flight IIA, then let alone the Flight III.

It is even 100% American technology, since the Koreans cannot make their own vessel technology, except building a hull.

You have explain why it sucks. Not just say it sucks.
