China's biggest ever stealth warship takes shape: New pictures reveal progress 'game changing' 175m

Maritime tradition is more important for China at present, vessel is the second place. Agree?

Not yet.

Look at our adversary's navy. Dont you think this would be a good addition to PN?

I am also talking about a possibility of future export. A powerful PN is in China's interest. Just like a powerful PAF (or a powerful Pakistan for that matter).

We are two developing nations. I guess China won't build more than 10 of this type for the coming 20 years, given the possibility of WWIII is far away. Let's focus together on economy for about 100 years firstly.

No.

Sufficient high quality hardware is far more important than the so-called maritime tradition.

okay, i preserve my opinion though your view is very correct.

If only we could do that, but in a world where there is a US and there is a west.
We Easterners find it very hard to grow specially if we do not like to be a US stooge.
It gets even more difficult when there is a US as our neighbor. Hell bent on starting a war with one of its neighbors ;)

Buddy, I asked for this one because this is China's best :)
Our Navy ships at the moment are very old.

You think China and US may fight a war in the future? This is a pessimistic view, dude. So far, China and America still have strong joint-interests and undertake comprehensive cooperation. China is both a continent and a maritime nation, we don't have inevitable conflict with America, what's more the America elites will also estimate the cost of thorough fighting against China. America have more motions of weakening pure maritime powers like Japan, UK, Indonesia and Australia.

I know, they dont want to fight a war with China just like they dont want to fight a war with Russia.
But they are hell bent on stopping China's rise. They are trying everything they can to keep China under American control (not that they are succeeding in it).
Thats why they are sending love messages to India.
You may not agree with me, but USA will go to any length to stop China's rise as long as it does not hurt USA back.
You need to remember that the reason that China had to invest in military in the first place was because of USA (their support to Japan/Taiwan and they intimated China too).

Thats why China is building high tech military in the first place. And thats why Pakistan needs it too (we have a USA stooge in our neighborhood that is terrorizing people here and getting away with it because.. you know... USA!).

China is playing smart though, I wonder how long will that work.
