PRC need to break the myth of DPP that US will come to Taiwan aid if attack.

I suggest takeover Penghu Island and JInmen to teach Taiwan DPP a lesson first. When people of Taiwanese realise this DPP words are lies and invasion is possible since they lose Jinmen and Penghu. DPP either has to negotiate with PRC or get kick out by majority of Taiwanese. I can assure you, most Taiwanese do not want a war. If u ask them to fight PLA. Most will rather surrender.

They are misled by DPP that PLA will not invade Taiwan no matter what and US will definitely military intervened. All are nothing but pack of lies.

That's won't work. It will only encourage Americans to land troops in Taiwan. Then PLA needs to attack immediately before American troops land. You are back to square one -- a massive general attack. The only possible alternative to a massive general attack is a decapitation strike with tactical nukes or possible a very large number of conventional warheads.

What do you mean? The entire world relies on TSMC, if they were cut off it case of a PRC invasion the semiconductor industry would grind to a halt and their would be a silicon drought for at least a couple years before they can get any semblance of former production going elsewhere.

TSMC—Samsung was a virtual duopoly for the last 3 major nodes. And TW has complete dominance over mass produced legacy nodes as well.

Infineon, TI, ST themselves only use own fabs for very few things, like SOI, and go to TW for volume runs.

Not to say that a giant part of equipment, and consumables supply chain is in TW as well.

For some things like specialty resists, few types of nanometric actuators, probes there are only 1 supplier for the whole world.
