CHINA SHOULD BREAKUP INDIA:THINK TANK

No contradiction. Their violent uprising was in 1959, they were hosted by India after it failed.

The Tibetan government in exile today, is only capable of stirring up ethnic riots, to kill a few Chinese citizens here and there.

They don't have the capability to turn it into a full-blown armed insurgency.

oh come on, those Tibetans are less harmful than any teddy bear made in CHINA. now please cut that crap of armed insurgency by Tibetan monks, see how innocent they look, they are harmless people atleast in India and we respect them a lot :)

Exactly
Even though they are taking refugee in India. That doesn't mean India supports a "free Tibet". GoI has made its stand clear regarding the One China Policy.

Exactly. Said the Chinese government. However the Dalai Lama has taken refugee in India. That doesn't necessarily mean they (India) are supporting his cause/ideology.

The Chinese government, are the ones who set Chinese policy. So their opinion matters a lot in bilateral relations.

And India has already been hosting them for over half a century.

I don't think China should do anything in response though.

India is already experiencing the "Karma" from what they have done, via large numbers of active armed insurgencies.

According to the Chinese government, the Dalai Lama was behind the deadly ethnic riots in Tibet.

From a Western source:

China accuses Dalai Lama of being a terrorist - Times Online

Since India is hosting the Tibetan government in exile, how do you think that looks to the Chinese government?
How many armed insurgencies did Hon.Dalai Llama host from India? NIL. So why bother about an old monk living in exile? India has made it amply clear that no anti-China activities would be carried out from Indian soil and it is living up to it. Why should that be any problem to you?

YOU call them (monks) separatist .....lol...even the most dumb person will tell that they are more harmless then a rat. Monks are so calm people....

Thats hypocricy. If they have proof against Dalai Lama, then they should go to UN and get him declared a terrorist. Instead China is busy misusing their veto and protecting real terrorists like JUD, they protected JUD three times in UN right before the mumbai terror attacks.

Their propaganda is for local consumption. India has explicitely told that Dalai Lama can not mess with China from Indian soil and we have kept the commitment. Calling him a terrorist is not enough, China being a big responsible state, one many countries look up to, should act responsibly.

About the fanboy chinese fantasy about breaking up India, well no comments as not worth it.

One idiot posted a good-for-nothing post, not even close to anywhere near reality, and whole bunch of idiots are fighting over it....

You keep talking about "hosting China's armed insurgency" . What armed insurgencies has China encountered say.. the last decade or so? Wouldn't it be better to keep the Dalai Lama with us?

Yeah they can speak out against China, but that's what a democracy is.. Hell we even have personal guards for the most vocal Kashmiri separatist allowing him to go about the country preaching his ideology
