I know! It's blasphemy!there must be something wrong on this report .. China cant do this
Chinese are smart folks... they have avoided the most volatile regions in Pakistan in the new plan... They know that even in event of a war... India will not target Chinese interest, whereas if the road crosses through KPK and Balochistan there is a fair chance of the road getting bombed by radical loonies.
I repeat, Chinese are really smart people.
I know! It's blasphemy!
Really? So it should either by PML(N) way or highway? How selfish!Another Kala Bagh Dam fiasco in the making......Bye bye...Pak China Economic Corridor.
Security, Security and Security. NATO trucks were regularly blown away in FATA and KPK area. Chinese have highlighted the same i.e. Security.

You thought Chinese were dumb or drunk while proposing the said route?Security, Security and Security. NATO trucks were regularly blown away in FATA and KPK area. Industrial infrastructure was to be set up in Gawadar while small industrial domestic estates were to be established alongside. The original route was proposed by Pakistani government but Chinese were reluctant and advised Pakistani government to develop an alternative route.Has any Economic /Industrial Zones by China been announced in the old route?
Looters are looters one way or another, the problem was not trucks being blown away but the inability of the security forces to stop it. Had these been stopped, there would have been a different response from Chinese. You see no difference between NATO/ISAF trucks taking supplies for occupation forces in Afghanistan and the trucks that would belong to Pakistanis and Chinese businessmen? Looters are indeed looters, and the ones I can spot right now are all sitting in the government.Looters are looters one way or another, the problem was not trucks being blown away but the inability of the security forces to stop it. Had these been stopped, there would have been a different response from Chinese.
