China, our ‘great neighbour’, will help Afghanistan forge peace: Taliban

Do you trust the Taliban enough that the money you will give them for rebuilding to not be used to abuse women and minorities?
And how will there be a rebuilding in Afghanistan without peace and how will there be a peace under a Taliban regime from which thousands of Afghans are fleeing in all directions.

Do the workers who help you build your house have the responsibility to teach your children to do their homework? The people of each country should choose their own path independently, which is everyone's right and responsibility.

If you give money to someone and that money is then used for criminal acts, then you are liable for aiding and abetting a crime.
Similarly, if China gives money to Taliban and then Taliban uses that money for abusing women and minorities, then China will be indirectly responsible for such crimes. You would have to tread very carefully.
Giving known insurgent group (Taliban) any legitimacy may lead you to a dangerous path.

It's up to Afghan people to judge rights and wrongs in Afghanistan, not irrelevant foreigners.

Taliban seems to be carefully tutored by anonymous experts in international affair staging, and also in national development.

Earlier Tuesday, Taliban spokesman Zabiullah Mujahid said that the group was asking the U.S. to stop “inviting” Afghans to leave the country because Afghanistan needs its skilled citizens at home. Foreigners remain free to depart, he said.

“Our people, our engineers, our doctors, professors and those who have been educated. The country needs their talent, and they should not be taken to foreign countries,” he said in his second press conference since the Taliban seized Kabul on Aug. 15.

By restoring peace in Afghanistan, China will tell the world:
What the USA can do, so can China.
What the USA cannot do, China can do.
More like.....

China makes the impossible possible.
US makes the possible impossible.

And how will Afghan people express their unhappiness over such events, when their voices are suppressed by the non-representative Taliban militants.

.
Whatever China does is only in pursuit of its own national interests, just like any other country. It would be naïve to think otherwise.

So what distinguishes two countries who have national interests that conflict against one another's?
Also what do you do when that happens? Who gets to pursue theirs?

The mature diplomatic attitude of the Taliban is indeed surprising, but I am more surprised by its strategic thinking and control over the army.

The Taliban adopted the strategy of controlling rural areas before encircling cities.
This is the strategic thought put forward by Mao Zedong during the sanwan reorganization in September 1927.
The process of the Taliban gaining power in Afghanistan is a replica of the CCP's victory over the KMT.

The Taliban's control of the army is also surprising. Its ability to control Afghanistan in such a short time shows that it has strong organizational and intelligence capabilities.
After the Taliban besieged Kabul, it ordered all troops to stop marching. All the troops obeyed the orders of the Taliban.
These troops can obey orders and do not scramble the honor and military exploit of occupying Kabul, which shows that the Taliban have strong control and discipline over the army.

If Mao Zedong were alive and Afghans didn't hate Communists, I would think Mao Zedong was an adviser to the Taliban. lol.
I'm kidding, but these things show that Taliban advisers have deep research on China. Therefore, the communication between the Chinese government and the Taliban needs more vigilance.
They know us, we don't know them, is bad.

Tell me why Taliban can sweep across Afganistan in a matter of days and US armed and trained Afghan troops can not even put up a fight. Don't tell me Taliban's incredible win is of no support from the local population.

When US invaded Afghanistan, did they ask local Afghan people whether they wanted Americans to come? You Indians always have selective memory to defend your master US.

Taliban was able to takeover Afghanistan easily as US foolishly took out all intelligence and air support to the ANA on which they were reliant. ANA lost the confidence once US buckled and ran, hence the surrendered meekly.
However, that does not mean that Afghans are welcoming Taliban. The exodus of Afghans in all directions from Afghanistan is a clear signal of that.

When US came in 2001, they helped Northern Alliance of Afghanistan to takeover Afghanistan. The previous Taliban regime was only recognized by 3 nations in the world and it was a religious bigot and oppressive regime. Citizens were clearly better off with Taliban sent packing.

You can make up whatever excuses for US but it won't write off the fact that US invadede a soverein nation and occupied it for 20 years. Afghan people already made their choice, all foreign countries should stay out of Afghan and let Afhgans themsevles settle their own issues. You can have your own Indian perspective but it doesn't mean Afghan people share the same opinion. Just leave them alone.

How do you know what choice Afghan people made? Was there a referendum or election to ask them their opinion? No.
An insurgent group has overtaken the country by force and is dictating terms to Afghan people. Common Afghans are too scared to oppose Taliban militants at the moment.
You are just defending Taliban because you are happy to see US going away from your neighborhood.

Indians have never experienced the war of independence, so you don't understand a truth: without the support of the local people, the long-term war can't be won.

After 20 years of joint repression by the US military and the Afghan government, the Taliban can still grow and develop. It certainly has the support of the Afghan people.

My question is again that if Afghans support Taliban, then why are so many Afghans trying to flee the country now?

.
if 80% Afghans support Taliban, then why ...

And 1 million people is "so many", a lot of people, but only 2.5%

I mean that the common language we use to chat does not reflect quantitative aspects well.
