KARACHI: A Chinese firm has offered investment for establishment of 500-megawatt wind power projects in Sindh province.
The offer was made by a delegation of Hydro-China Dawood Power Ltd. during a meeting with Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah in Karachi.
Leader of delegation Wang Yong Qiang told the chief minister that the company is already in the process of establishing a 50-megawatt wind power project at Bhambore near Gharo.
Wang Yong Qiang, who was heading the delegation, was of the view that his company was ready to start working on a 50 MW wind power project at Bhambore area of the coastal belt.
