China was, in effect, telling India that while it had the right to assist Pakistan to develop a new generation of Plutonium-based nuclear weapons and guided missiles, India shouldn't dare to develop defence ties with its neighbours, such as Japan and Vietnam.
Who is this Indian guy "G Parthasarathy", and why should we care?
I guess he misses 1962 so much that he wants another one?
Come over then, and "put us in our place".![]()

Those who did it in 1962!
Those who did it in 1962!

neighbours would have done you

That's still a long way off buddy.
We've still got a lot of work to do.

If he misses 1962 it looks like this guy wants to put his own country to it's real place. A place which it deserves.![]()
There is no need for this thread, China is already in the place where it should be, its growing economically and on military front.
So is India. There is no need for some 3rd party intervention required in what China does in its soil. unless there is a unprovoked act of war with us by the Chinese we need not think of puting where they should be. we just need to make sure we are ready for a challenge is the need arise.
I sincierly hope that such a need never arise, let the Chinese do what is good for its people and let each of worry about what is good for our countrys growth and lets look at what is necessary to address the problems of our people.
Note - Can we all stop fueling threads that causes unneceasry friction and baiting and trolling
