i don't know about the past. i live in pakistan right now and i know myself and my people around me. we damn care about shia sunni divide. only 18-20 years old youth all get worked up about it its purely past history related stuff and has nothing to do with actual islam.

i even hate the label Sunni or shia. while others accept and respect sects.. their choice but pakistaniz don't care abot divisions on basis of shia sunni,. only arabs and persians are doing this. we pakistaniz don't get involved in such pathetic and primitive divisions.

we are thankful to pakistaniz and chinese goverments in 1963 who settled it in a very good way and now we dont have any dispute with china in regards to territory. and majority of ladakh is chinese land. Majority city of leh falls under chinese territorial claims. unless they talk to chinese and make chinese give them concessions that's the bitter reality.

Tibet was a protectorate and then was invaded by the communist government so the claim falls apart right there, and so does your argument. Xinjiang is Muslim and has urdu like languages, it must belong to Pakistan then, this is the same argument you made. Also Xinjiang was an independent state before it was illegally occupied by the communist government. As for the Universities then thay doesnt anything, it's just cultural exchange and the silk route ran there so it was influed to alot of other cultures.
