Construction sites? those nets are very common in China to keep the dust and dirt on the ground during construction, do you have any source or videos that show a whole region is covered by these nets?
I'm not saying everything green in China are plastic stamped on, but there are some local corrupted government/companies who do this, and they should get stamped out.

Construction sites in China have to use those nets to keep the dust and dirt from getting into the air, it's the law. as for fake leaves, true, during winter seasons when everywhere is lifeless and grey, some streets decorate fake leaves and flowers to create some atmosphere, in Beijing it happens also, it's like using lights to decorate christmas trees, but those tree are real, they will grow leaves in spring and summer time.

Some pics in the OP video looks very fake, they could've done a better job.

As for painting the dirt, here is the answer

Some from Google translate:

The dust suppressant of Song'an Enterprise Environmental Stewardship used at the construction site in Jinshui District is a new type of dust suppressant. Its main component is plant extract, which is harmless to human body and soil and can be degraded naturally. The effect of Songan enterprise environmental protection housekeeper dust suppressant on dust pollution is very significant. Mix it with water in proportion and spray it on the ground. After waiting for 2-3 hours, a protective film can be formed on it. Dust can be securely locked under the protective film. A saturated spray can effectively suppress dust for three months. Even strong wind and exposure will not affect the dust suppression effect, which is very suitable for dust pollution control on construction sites.

Serpentza videos can only fool idiots and basic science iliterates but unfortunately there are so many idiots in the west because of their poor education standard and brainwashing media, they just eat whatever crap this guy feeds them, their heads are just decorations which never work properly.

Most paints have heavy metals, rain water will contaminate the ground water and local drinking water source sooner or later.

Why every country still does it to protect the environment? maybe not in so environmentally friendly India though, Just Try to educate yourself and read some related articles and see what substance in them.
