Fine put pressure slowly on manufacturers, it will take years and years and things change and most will stay put. Japanese government gave Japanese companies BILLIONS of US dollars to move out of China and every single one of them refused. Smart people and the ones in charge and the ones holding the money realize the reality and the real consequences. It's cheap and easy to say let's stop overnight but the real people will be quiet and dismiss your ideas as no easy task even if they want to do it, most don't even want to do it.
