Renowned Indian defence analyst, Praveen Sawhney had a one to one discussion with the Indian Army chief recently. According to General Naravane the rules of the game have changed and now China is the primary front.

According to one Twitterati, although the rules of the game have changed so the Phalwan in the corner has also changed. India had been wrestling with a small Phalwan but now India has a Phalwan like this ...

To some more activists "Makes no sense. India says China did not occupy an inch of its territory. Why the fuss then?".

A very interesting observation by one " US money is working now. Now India a secular sovereign state will fight someone else battle. All the money google and apple are pouring will be used against China but it will destroy India".

A very thought-provoking view, " Why create a 'primary' front in the neighborhood at all? Have the balls to resolve all outstanding issues of the region and let the region progress socially and economically".

Interesting times ahead feels like China has cornered India very badly in all departments, India has trapped itself.

Lol wtf?

Even nepal is taking the piss at you. And you are worried abou china? Lol.

Chinese have attacked Indians with lethal force at least twice. Once with spiked clubs and another time with that big microwave gun.
As far as fighting China goes, India has no choice in the matter. Chinese are the aggressors.
When a bigger guy shows up to fight then you had better pay attention to him.

The western military industrial complex (especially France and the US) is looking to tap into those $500 billion India has in reserves by convincing the Indians to take on China.

if one wants to get really jaded and suspicious then one might say Banksters, the "West" and Western Military Industrial Complex had China attack India to frighten Indians into buying lots of weapons.

The incoming US Sec.Def was just on the board of Raytheon. It’s easier (and more profitable) to sell the weapons and have the Indians fight the generational wars it will take to undermine China, then to waste more trillions and western lives to do the same. Real politik not suspicion, this is an old playbook.

After Vietnam, the US learned to use proxies and not to send its own army to fight where ever possible. Allowing decades to rebuild the economy. They followed through supporting local proxies, for the most part, until Desert storm and the wars of the 90’s, and you can see where that led.

yes. Once nations are enriched, it would probably be more profitable to just have the constant threat of war, thus an arms race, than to have an actual war. Actual wars destroy productive capacity, ruin lands, spur indigenous production and kill/impoverish consumers. ie can sell much more and higher priced stuff to Korea vs Morocco and Japan vs the Philippines. Coming into real serious conflict is just bad "business" for everyone.

Bad “business” for everyone except the arms merchants.
