If you notice, there is also no Airforce One in China. They use commercial airline Air China's 747-400 whenever there is an oversea visit for Chairman Xi.

The chosen aircraft are modified each time before the trip, and will be retrofitted back to commercial airline specs after the overseas visit ended, so that the same aircraft can be used for normal airline service again.

I never knew Xi don't have his own jet. I guess nobody is stupid enough to try anything with him.
