Professor Hu Bingcheng from NUT lead a team use a revoluationary new compostion of nitrogen-based materials to build the world most powerful non-nuclear bomb.
The energy density of this new nitrogen-based bomb has a energy density of at the level of magitude of 10^4 to 10^5 J per gram, which is 100x of TNT.
This N5- based bomb is the world first of this kind, and it is a breakingthrough since 1890 when human create N- ion.
The N5- negative ion can remain stable under 116.8 degree C.
This powder can not only use to make bomb that only next to nuclear bomb in yielding power(hence the nick name "no-nuclear" bomb) but also use to make very high thrust-weight ratio rocket solid fuel to make ICBM much smaller yet with higher payload.
The dis-classified version of his report has been accepted and published in Science journal.
