Allied assigned ROC to the disarmament of Japan in the area around south china, ROC took advantage of opportunities to occupied Phu Lam island (woods island) of the Paracels and Ba Binh island of the Spratly Islands of Vietnam.
After the civil war PRC and ROC, PRC has illegally occupied the Phu Lam island (woods island) of the Paracel Islands archipelago of Vietnam, while the ROC has still occupied illegally Ba Binh Island (Taiping island) of the Spratly Islands of Vietnam until today.
China don't control any island in the Spratly Islands, except some reefs it had robbed from Vietnam, so why do you require its EEZ?
Your government denies ROC, so why she use the illegal occupation of the ROC on the island of Vietnam as a basis for her claims?
