China forcing birth control on Uighurs to suppress population, report says

China wants to have more children now, but China doesn't encourage families to have more than 3 children, cause China has a goal to completely wipe out poverty by the end of this year, if a family has 4, 5 or more children to support, the family may never get out of poverty, and each of those 4 or 5 children may have less resources for them therefore they could be less likely to receive good education and neccesary trainings, and it will start a vicious cycle.

China want more children, but also wants every her child to be well taken care and educated.

Han family in Xinjiang averagely has one child each family and Uighur family averagely has over 3 children. in 2014, Xinjiang had 635,687 new borns, 14.6% were Han Chinese, 85% were minorities, mainly Uighurs.

China's birth contol policy was only imposed on Han Chinese, not on minorities.
Western media better accuses China of persecuting Han Chinese , that'll be much more tenable statistically.

Similar bill/law is being pushed in India by Modi ...on Population control...applicable to all citizens (incl. Muslims) not to have more than 2 children (keeping in mind rapidly increasing Muslim population in India)...will it be ok with you?

Me personally 2 child policy should be enforced by EVERY single third world country government which will benefit the society in every aspect.
