China faces barriers in the Indian Ocean

I understand what you're trying to get at, if this Diego Garcia return back to native people or chagossians, these people will be more less like Maldivians weak to be at Indian's mercy then Indian will reign supreme in IOR
Its important that we enforce human rights...
Britannia have to respect human rights ...

Japan is useless, and u keep sticking with Israel ok?

And Bangladesh?

Indian pride hurt here?

US and China will be overwhelmingly more dominant than the 3rd greatest power in 2030, which will be Russia. I expect around 6 Chinese CBGs, which will comprise around 3 100,000 tonne CATOBAR carriers and 3 conventional carriers by 2030. In contrast, India will have 2 40-45,0000 tonne conventional STOBAR carriers and 1 65,000 tonne CATOBAR carrier.

India will still be behind Russia as Russia's nuclear arsenal and nuclear submarines will be much more capable than India's.

hmm, i think this convo is going nowhere, why dont you just repeat the IndoSina war

The Indians on PDF talk as if India is already a superpower! Yet when we look at the facts and figures we see that India's economy is still smaller than Italy and that Indian GDP per capita is lower than some of the poorest countries in Africa.

Today, China, France, Germany, Japan, Russia, the United Kingdom and the United States are all much more powerful and important than India.

Even Brazil has a larger economy than India.

Indians always dream of the future, because deep down they know that today India is weak.

India's inability to grow at anymore than 5% GDP/capita a year has destined it to be no more than a regional power till at least 2050.

When faced with the might of either the US or Chinese Navies(from 2030) in Indian Ocean, it will have to step aside or get pulverised.

The answer is in your post...
India has more CBG's right now that that of china...
So we are powerful already...
And who cares about future...

Japan is useless, and u keep sticking with Israel ok?
who tells you japan is useless.. japan will be the major investor in india's infrastructure projects.. japan is very important country for india's future prospect and Israel also for security purpose..

Economic power = military power.

China is 5 times richer than India now and expected to be still 5 times richer in 2030.

GDP/capita is not a measure to project power!!!
Monacco has more percapita than china and america and offcourse bangladesh...

I was not talking about GDP/capita but GDP/capita annual growth. There is a difference there.

No wonder you Indians are still so poor after nearly 70 years of independence:lol:

Then America should worry. Not india as they are already richer than india...
It does not make any difference to india even in 2130

India will also lag behind the USA, Europe, China and Russia in terms of technology too.
