China envoy tells journalists to 'shut up' on Arunachal and ladakh

The Indians are well known for deliberately planting such characters to try an embarrass the other party, but it always backfires on them.....we witnessed that during Pervez Musharraf's conference and once even Colin Powell shouted one down referring to him as talking nonsense.

so what was the response of other people present there ?
BUT i like the answer SHUT UP
Well, he sounds like Zardari doesn't he ? "Jamhooriyat ke saath kya hua, SHUT UP" !!! A literal personificiation of the term "Chi-Pak".

Looks like the chinese envoy was shown the middle finger at the conference after the map error, this upset him a lot :P

Don't blame the poor guy. Democracy and freedom of expressions are the the things from Mars for him. And everybody is afraid of aliens, isn't it!

Someone should tell the guy that he isn't in China anymore.

As if Indian media didn't already have enough anti-China fodder.

At least they asked what they were supposed to from them, one was stubborn military dictator and other was ruthless, mean American bureaucrat. Advantage Indian journo.

BTW This doesn't prove that they were deliberately planted, figment of your imagination ? or may be you know GoP's practices?

ah diplomat extraordinaire isnt he? quite audacious of them to show a map like that here. especially when vying for a business contract

For the actions of one guy you are suggesting all Chinise are uneducated young man? Very unfair to tarnish a whole nation with the same brush yaar. At least he spoke in English!

This guy happens to be an Ambassador and he is here in India, as representative of his country.

In China they dictate terms to media and so these guys are not used to so much questioning. what more would any one expect from a goverment which rolled their tanks upon its own people.

You live in a parallel world ! Even in case India planted these characters, Musharraf and Colin Powell had enough character in them to get their point across. A journalist is expected to ask the questions people in public life want to dodge but that is no good reason to use your standing to out shout the journalist. ****Fail****

maybe that is what the journalists in their country are taught to do- 'SHUT UP'. But across the border here, mister ambassador, it is a different story. Here in India, it is a lively democracy and you should learn to ADJUST to it.

lol a lively 'democracy' ruled by a military dictatorship with most of upper caste class```a country of 500 million starving people with biggest arm purchasing budget``indeed an 'incredible' country

if indians shut up nonsenses for a decade their economy might be the 3rd by now

which military dictatorship???and which upper class??
didin't u remained largest arm purchaser in past??and after getting the technique of copying ,you become indigenous:lol:
no..we are happy with growth rate and it will improve.

now get a life troll..and control ur poor

Unfortunate,as I understand this happened during a meet to increase Chinese investment in India. You really can't blame the Indian scribes for pointing out the obvious and you can't blame the envoy for reacting(It's the official Chinese stand for now). One wishes that the envoy was a little more tactful in his response(being a diplomat and all that)but what's done is done.I,for one, hope this doesn't affect any Chinese investment in India.

Yes they even send such characters to Washington DC to White House Secretary Public Briefings and when anything related to Pakistan comes up Indians journalists usually ask totally irrelevant questions.
